ABSU notice on resumption for 2023/2024 session

The Vice-Chancellor, Abia State University, Distinguished Professor Onyemachi M. Ogbulu, on behalf of Senate, has approved resumption for the 2023/2024 academic session as follows:

Tuesday, 26th March, 2024 - School reopens

Thursday, 4th April, 2024 - Fresh Students resume

Saturday, 6th April, 2024 - Old Students return

Tuesday, 9th April, 2024 - Registration begins

Friday, 12th April, 2024 - Registration ends

Accordingly, all new and returning students are to pay their fees and complete their registration formalities on or before Friday, 12th April, 2024 as Lectures will commence on Tuesday, 16th April, 2024.

Only bonafide students who have paid their fees and registered their courses, as appropriate, will be allowed access to facilities in the University.

All Fresh Students should note, that any Offer of Admission for the 2023/2024 academic session, not accepted and fees paid by Monday, 25th March, 2024 will be considered lapsed.

Students, their parents and guardians are to note, for strict compliance.
