A woman decided to lose weight after her boyfriend dumped her and she remembered a quote by Khloe Kardashian that suggested ‘looking great is always the best revenge’.

According to DailyMail, Sian Ryan, from Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, was left heartbroken by her boyfriend of 18 months after he ditched her while the pair were on a romantic break.

Inconsolable and unable to sleep, Ryan, now 25, decided to join a 24-hour gym so she could work out in the middle of the night. She would head to the gym every evening at around 11pm, and run and run on the treadmill – pounding away her heartbreak.

12 weeks later, Sian suddenly realised she no longer missed her ex. 18 months on, she’s slimmed down to a trim size 12, having lost seven stone, a whooping 44kg!
