See The Gigantic Whale Found Dead By Fishermen In China. Photos

A young Bryde's whale, weighing one ton and measuring six meters in length, was found dead off the coast of Wenzhou in east China’s Zhejiang Province.

Local fishermen brought in the carcass of the colossal marine mammal and reported it to the aquatic authorities immediately.

Pictures of the whale calf showed it had suffered some trauma to its head and stomach. The cause of its death is currently under investigation.
