In a statement released by the awards director,Tunde Adelakun, the Ivory coast midfielder,Southamptonand Senegal international forward Sadio Mane and Nigeria’s Watford striker Odion Ighalo of Nigeria are thenominees for the October Player of the Month.


So far this season, Ghana’s Andre Ayew of Swanseaand Algeria’s Leicester City forward Riyad Mahrezhave won the last two editions.
