MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMA 2016) To Hold in Johannesburg (Details)

Africa’s most prestigious award, MTV Africa Music Award (MAMA) will hold for the first time in Johannesburg, South Africa this year.


The award debuted in Lagos but has since been holding ground in Durban, KwaZulu Natal.

MAMA 2016 will take place at Northgate Ticketpro Dome on Saturday, October 22nd

During press conference in Johannesburg on Tuesday, the decision to move the event from the coast to the heart of South Africa was announced.

We look forward to the list of nominees and of course Nigerian dominance!
