Re-run Of Kenya's Annulled Presidential Election Fixed For October 17

A document from Kenya's electoral commission the IEBC, signed by its chairperson, Wafula Chebukati has just confirmed that recently annulled presidential election in the country will be held on October 17, 2017 stating the fact that only two names will be on the ballot paper.
